Venture Careers was born from a desire to challenge the negative reputation of the recruitment industry by offering an unrivalled service to both jobseekers and employers.

We’re passionate about ‘travel people’ and we really care about what we do. We spend the time to get to know our clients and candidates, not just to provide a ‘quick fix’ solution. We believe technical skills and qualifications only tell part of the story and therefore we look at personalities, values and company culture to identify the perfect match.

We provide creative recruitment solutions across all sectors of the travel industry including business travel, tour operations, retail travel and event management. Our Recruitment Consultants are former travel industry employees. We believe it’s vital, in order to recruit into travel, to have served your time in the profession.
